Sending love

In the new thought community, there is this concept of sending love to others. It get shot down by those that do not believe it makes a difference.

But sending love is about changing you, not changing others or the situation.

Sure on some level sending love is a real thing (energy) and makes a difference in a situation. Yet it is a slow and weak force when compared to physical intervention. There are times when physical intervention is required to make an immediate difference. When immediate physical intervention is not required, the rest of our interactions should be focused on learning to love those we don’t. That’s where sending love comes in. Learning to feel love for another and practice sending it to them.
