Not every trigger/problem can be consciously turned around and healed just because you want to. But many can.

What you see as a list of your problems I see as a ball of tangled yarn.

Where you want to assign a priority and start working through the list.

I probe for First finding the loose end. And then discovering what is the next appropriate knot to untangle. And also discovering what is the appropriate way to untangle it. This is exactly like the way you (An engineer would) untangle a ball of yarn.

The big difference here is most people want to approach the problem linearly. But people don’t seem to realize is that linear logic is not the healthiest way to untangle your health problems. Does it sometimes work? absolutely.

This is where muscle testing techniques, and intuition have a role to play in deciding what is the next health problem to work on.

For myself finding the next thing to work on was a matter of following my strongest attractions.

My strongest attractions are defined by those which show up the most often. And those which I’m most attracted to. My strongest attractions don’t usually fade over time. For example an attraction that persists after a single night of sleep is much stronger than the one I lose interest in the next day.

Is this a full proof system? NO! Do I mistakenly target the wrong attraction sometimes? Yes! But it is the only way I know to get around using the linear path. And I’m attracted to healersThat also use this type of intuitive nonlinear system.

Keep in mind this is what works for me. It may not be what works for you.
