set to generate 12 words

turn wifi off (disconnect from wifi)

type in your seed words with only one space between them

set the coin to ethereum

set the derivation path to BIP44

derived address should be

M/44'/60'/0'/0

or M/44'/60'/0'

look under derived addresses

and look for your theta address

mine was next to the first one M/44'/60'/0'/0/0

scroll right to see private key

copy the key under PRIVATE KEY

Turn on wifi

go to

https://wallet.thetatoken.org/unlock/private-key

Turn wifi off

paste private key into box & enter a temp password

& press unlock

once you get the you are offline message

Turn wifi ON & press Continue
